Lechia atau Lechistan?

baru saja saya membaca tentang pasukan hussar bersayap(winged hussar) pasuka nkhas polandia yang dibangga-banggakan karena pernah mengalahkan Pasukan Ottoman dalam pengepungan Vienna dan dalam artikel tersbut disebutkan bahwa pemimpin polandia Jan Soebieski mendapatkan gelar The Lion of Lechistanhttp

"The Ottomans intended to take Vienna before the Polish relief forces, led by the king John III Sobieski himself (later called the Savior of Christendom by the Pope and "Lion of Lechistan" by the Ottoman belligerents themselves), arrived. saya pun bertanya-tanya mengapa di Eropa ada negara yang memakai akhiran -stan yang lazimnya dipakai oleh negara-negara Asia Selatan dan Asia Tengah serta sebagian Iran, saya awalnya berpikir bahwa gelar terebut diberikan oleh Orang-orang Turki pada Jan Soebieski ternyata tidak,Polandia memang dahulu pernah bernama lechistan yang bersal dari sukuedziene

Lechia is a historical and/or alternative name of Poland,^[1] stemming from the word Lech (which is also a common first name, i.e. Lech Wałęsa). It is still present in several European languages and some languages of Central Asia and the Middle East:

dari tulisan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Eropa Timur dan Asia Tengah memiliki hubungan karena dahulu Asia Tengah merupakan tempat asal Bangsa Arya walaupun istilah Bangsa Arya sendiri masih diperbedatkan kebenarannya
